What we collect

• Email address, when you request the free Starter Pack or make a purchase.
• Purchase details, what you bought, when, and the amount (payment card details are held by Stripe, never by us).
• Ad attribution, the URL parameters you arrived with (e.g. which ad or pin), captured on your first page view.
• Usage analytics, via the Meta pixel and, where enabled, the Pinterest tag, using standard events only.

How we use it

• Delivering the files you requested or purchased.
• Sending our email guides and offers, every marketing email has a working one-click unsubscribe, honored immediately and permanently.
• Measuring which ads and content work (aggregate).

We do not sell your personal information.

Processors

We share data only with the services that run the store: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), Upstash (database), Vercel (hosting), and Meta / Pinterest (ad measurement, hashed identifiers only).

Retention

Lead and purchase records are retained for 12 months from your last interaction, then deleted automatically. Unsubscribe suppressions are kept permanently so we never email you again by mistake.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from any marketing email with one click.
• Email hello@bellybirthco.com to request a copy or deletion of your data, we honor requests within 30 days.

Children

Our site and products are for adults and are not directed at children under 13.
